Our Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Disability;
- Certificate III in Individual Support;
- Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention;
- Psychosocial Recovery Coaching;
- Victoria and NSW Working with Children Checks;
- NDIS Worker Screening Checks;
- HLTAID003 Provide first aid;
- HLTAID001 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and,
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Accreditation.

Meet Our Team
Our team has a wealth of experience in working with children, and some of our members have firsthand experience in providing care for family members with disabilities and mental health disorders.
Jackie Sheridan
Jackie has a background in administration and statutory compliance for local and state governments. She has studied, worked and ridden horses for over two decades. Jackie is a proud single mother to a 12-year-old son with complex disabilities and has had to learn the medical and NDIS systems and legislations to make sure he is provided with what he needs to have a good life. She is a strong advocate for people in need and believes in supporting someone in need; you must also be a strong advocate.

Jesse Crawford
Services Coordinator
Jesse has accumulated more than 15 years of valuable experience in managing high-behaviour homes for various companies in the Albury Wodonga region. Additionally, Jesse has acquired significant life experience through living with family members.
